How to group exercises?

You can form a group of different exercises. Group feature enables to track different exercise sets one after another.

For example, if you would form group of two exercises, which contain 3 sets each, you would be able to track sets in following sequence:

  1. Exercise A Set 1
  2. Exercise B Set 1
  3. Exercise A Set 2
  4. Exercise B Set 2
  5. Exercise A Set 3
  6. Exercise B Set 3

Feature is handy for workout techniques like supersets or circuits.

You are able to group exercises while tracking workout or in Update Routine mode.

Here is how to do it while tracking workout:

  1. Open Tracker tab
  2. Select routine and start workout tracking
  3. Tap Edit on top right
  4. Select as many exercises as you need
  5. Tap GROUP (), where number in brackets stands for number of selected exercises
  6. Tap Done

Note: if exercises group was made while tracking workout, exercises group won't be saved for the future sessions. ironGAINS app will assume, that you have made this for ongoing workout session only.

If you would like to save new exercise group for the future, you would need to Update routine.
