After you finish workout recording, you save workout record.
On workout record segment you are able to see completed sets data, exercise notes, failure tags, Up, Down, New & Personal best set indicators.
Failure tag indicates sets, which were performed until failure.
Up arrow indicates, that you have outperformed your previous performance for a given set.
Down arrow indicates, that you have failed to reach your previous set result.
New indicates new sets, that weren’t performed before.
Personal best set indicates new personal best set. Personal best set is based on 1 rep max by Epley.
