Workout stats are populated along with workout record right after you finish workout tracking.
Workout stats represent general workout indicators:
- Total lifted tons,
- Avg. rep weight,
- Workout time.
These indicators are set to confront in previous / present template.
Total lifted tons indicator equals amount of weight lifted over workout session.
Total lifted tons divided by total workout reps equals Average rep weight.
Workout stats also represent top gains - best performing exercises by Volume and 1 rep max.
Top gain by Volume represents exercise with the highest Volume progression over workout session.
Top gain by 1 rep max represents exercise with the highest 1 rep max progression over workout session.
In addition, workout stats represent values and progressions of Volume and 1 rep max distributed by particular workout exercises.
