Volume chart

Volume chart represents Volume dynamics over particular period.

Volume is total lifted weight for particular exercise over workout session. For example, over the last workout session you have completed three Bench Press sets: 

Set 1: 65 x 8,

Set 2:  95 x 6,

Set 3:  105 x 5;

in this case, your Bench Press Volume is (65 x 8) + (95 x 6) + (105 x 5) = 1 615.
