Profile stats

Profile stats are updated every time when you save new workout record. Profile stats are dedicated for training overview in short time periods:

  • last 7 days
  • last 14 days
  • last 28 days

Although on Profile stats you are able to see all time indicators - All time lifted tons and All time workout hours too.

Profile stats table has three main sections:

  • Previous / Current period
  • Sets split, %
  • Top gainers
